We provide information and leads on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided through our Service.
To access our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
Providing accurate business information for lead generation
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. One account per business entity is permitted unless otherwise approved by us.
Starter (Free): 10 leads/month, standard AI, 48h support
Professional ($39/month): 100 leads/month, advanced AI, priority support
Enterprise ($99/month): Unlimited leads, advanced AI, priority support
All payments are processed in advance on a monthly basis. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension. No refunds are provided except as required by law.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government assessments.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:
Use the Service for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
Share, resell, or redistribute leads to third parties
Use automated scripts to access or scrape our Service
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Provide false or misleading information about your business
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, data, content, and materials, is owned by Business Discovery Platform and protected by intellectual property laws.
All AI algorithms, software, and proprietary technology
Platform design, user interface, and branding
Aggregated and anonymized user data and insights
You retain ownership of your business information and data. You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service and improve our algorithms. You own the leads generated specifically for your business, but cannot redistribute them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of leads or data
Guaranteed business results or revenue generation
Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
Compliance with specific industry regulations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:
Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
Non-payment of fees or chargebacks
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of our support team or other users
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
